Biomechanics and Computational Medicine workshop seeks fellows/researchers

The Advanced Workshop on Biomechanics and Computational Medicine is scheduled to be held at Peking University, Beijing, China from July 20 to 23 and is seeking junior fellows and researchers.
The Departments of Biomedical Engineering and Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering of the College of Engineering at Peking University is presenting the inaugural workshop.
The goal and format of this workshop includes:
The only intensive Advanced Workshop tailored for promising young researchers in Biomechanics and Computational Medicine field: postdoctoral fellows and junior faculty members;Interactive and one-to-one exchanges between attendees and faculty of the workshop;Real life stories and experiences of career and research development from faculty of the workshop;advanced and cutting edge research topics with in-depth introductions, examples, and interactive discussions.
In order to acknowledge important contributions of Peking University's Professor Wang-Yi Wu to Biomechanics Research and Education, the School of Engineering is presenting the Wu Wang-Yi Distinguished Achievement Lecture in Biomechanics. The first recipient is Professor Shu Chien from the University of California at San Diego.
Only 75 junior fellows/researchers will be accepted to the workshop. Qualified postdoctoral fellows and junior faculty members will be considered. Tuition: US$800 or ?5000
