导师简介:
2010年博士毕业于北京大学化学与分子工程学院,师从严纯华院士,2010年至2015年期间,于美国加州大学洛杉矶分校材料科学与工程系从事博士后工作研究,师从杨阳教授。其研究领域包括:低成本/高效率太阳能电池(如钙钛矿)的材料设计,器件构筑;纳米结构与光电器件的耦合;新型功能材料(如半导体或者稀土)的合成、性质研究及其在光电领域的应用。周欢萍研究员在Science, Nature Energy, Nature. Commun.,Joule, J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Nano Lett.,Adv. Mater.等材料、化学、物理及综合类的国际国内有影响的学术期刊上,累计发表学术论文100余篇,截止2020年7月被引用20000次以上,H因子为52,多次入选科睿唯安全球高被引作者。代表性研究工作“阐明铕离子对提升钙钛矿太阳能电池寿命的机理”入选科学技术部高技术研究发展中心发布的2019年度中国科学十大进展。
部分学术贡献:
针对光伏发电的效率和寿命,周欢萍博士及团队发展了面向低成本薄膜光伏(金属硫族化合物及杂化钙钛矿)的新原理和方法。拓展了适用于杂化光电材料的生长、缺陷化学理论,解决由湿法工艺带来的薄膜质量低的问题,并由此开发了界面工程和器件集成技术,极大提高了器件的光电转换效率。(Science 2014, 345 (6196), 542-546)此外,提出了基于循环“氧化还原梭”的缺陷抑制策略,极大延长了铅卤钙钛矿材料及器件在工况条件下的本征稳定性。(Science 2019, 363 (6424), 265-270)这一系列创新有力推进了新一代光伏技术的发展,并可拓展到其它半导体光电器件,得到了学术界和工业界的广泛认可。
研究兴趣:
We are committed to the development of functional inorganic materials and organic-inorganic hybrid materials, and explore the application in energy, catalysis and so on. Main research domains are:
- Materials design and device construction on low-cost/high-efficiency solar cell (perovskite)
- Nanostructure and photoelectric device coupling based on semiconductor or solar cell
- Synthesis, properties study and optoelectronic application on novel functional materials (semiconductors or rare earth).
